Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a need for Patient Lift Maintence Services. The contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Richmond VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 28805. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a Base Plus 4 Four Year contract beginning on 1 May 2025 30 Apr 2026 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 811210 Electronic Equipment Repairs and Maintenace with a size standard of $34 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a SDVOSB set aside. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 28 Mar 2025 via Contract Opportunities website via SAM.gov. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the SAM.gov website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
