The City of Des Arc is now accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 13.5 lots, offered for development purposes, not for resale. The property includes Lots 8–10 of Block 7, Lots 3–9 of Block 14, the South ½ of Lot 12 of Block 13, and Lots 1–3 of Block 16 of the Erwin Survey, situated along Ambrose, Pike, and Chester Streets near the river. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and turned in at City Hall at 107 S 3rd Street in Des Arc, no later than April 21,2026, at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened during the City Council Meeting April 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The right is reserved to accept or reject any and all bids. For more information, contact City Hall at (870) 256-4316.
