The Governors of the University of Alberta (University) is inviting qualified, interested parties, with demonstrated experience in providing Insurance Brokerage Services to post-secondary institutions to review the provided Request for Proposal (‘RFP”). The purpose of this request is to obtain an insurance broker to manage and administer the University’s corporate insurance program as outlined in Attachment 3 of this RFP.
Respondents to this RFP should include information that clearly demonstrates that their organization and proposed team have the required technical knowledge, experience, capacity and relevant insurance market relationships to perform the services required. This process is strictly limited to the selection of an insurance broker and will not include quotations and pricing for policies of insurance. No insurance marketing exercise is required for this response.
The University would like to enter into an agreement for an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year term to a maximum of five (5) years.
