Lamps, Ballasts and LED Lighting

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of lamps, ballasts, LED lighting, and design services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

This RFP is an invitation by GOS, to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of lamps, ballasts, LED lights, and design services, on an if and when required basis to the GOS, ministries, agencies, crown corporations, City of Moose Jaw, University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina, First Nation schools, and MASH (Municipalities, Academia, Schools or Health Care) organizations, at various locations throughout the province of Saskatchewan.
The resulting Agreement(s) will be a standing offer.
Some of the delivery locations include: Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, Swift Current, North Battleford, Weyburn and the rest of the province of Saskatchewan.
The quantity of orders for the major cities are approximately 80 per cent (i.e. Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, and Prince Albert), while the remaining 20 per cent is for the rural areas.
