2025 Sidewalk Construction Project - Second Bid

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

The City of Moab will receive sealed bids for the construction of the 2025 Sidewalk Construction Project. All bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM MDT (local time) at the City of Moab, 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532, on August 28, 2025, at which time all received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the Contract Documents and as shown on the Construction Drawings.

This project includes sidewalk removal and reconstruction, curb and gutter removal and installation, ADA-compliant ramp installation, and restoration of disturbed landscaping in the downtown area.

The ENGINEER for this Project will be City of Moab Engineering Department, and will be represented by Mark Jolissaint, P.E. as the Project Engineer and Beachem Bosh as the Construction Manager.

Any notices regarding changes / Addenda to the Contract Documents will be sent to the email addresses associated with the Bidders registration. Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check-in with City of Moab to receive updates or additional information.

A pre-bid conference will be held on August 19th at 10:00 AM, MDT (local time). Pre-bid conference to be attended in person at the City of Moab Offices at 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
