Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-25-G-1000 to General Electric Aerospace, Inc. (GE), Lynn, MA to provide airworthiness documents redacted in accordance with the Contractor export licenses and to support the IAF airworthiness certification program. The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
