Description:

Provide construction service to renovate the Central Energy Facility. Renovation scope is as follows: cooling tower (4,000 Ton) and associated piping, chiller pumps and piping, remove 350 BHP boilers & pipe, provide temporary cooling during outages, electrical and controls upgrade, envelope and roof upgrades. This heavy industrial project (max 24" pipe) will require skilled pipe welders, pipe fitters, and riggers. AC5 & HT5 license required.
