Professional Services to Provide Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory

The City of Ypsilanti (“City” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications from experienced and qualified real estate professionals or firms to provide commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services. The selected firm will assist the City of Ypsilanti in strategy, negotiation, and acquisition of a future site for the functions of the Department of Public Works. Site specifics would include space &/or facilities to accommodate a mix of traditionally industrial and commercially characterized activities including heavy truck maintenance and repair, small waste transfer station operations, aggregate material storage, fueling operations, administrative offices and personnel operations, operating on a 24-hour basis. The ideal site will likely be no smaller than 3 acres, preferably within the City, but not outside the 48197 and 48198 zip codes. A full programming study is underway and anticipated to be available before the end of 2025.

One unbound paper copy with the Fee Structure page flagged and one electronic copy (e.g. USB flash drive) of the proposal must be delivered in an opaque sealed envelope. The envelope must be properly labeled (including FedEx and UPS labels) as follows:
