Project Description: Salt Lake County (SLCo, County), on behalf of the Clark Planetarium (Planetarium), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (Proposer/Consultant) to provide Strategic Master Planning (SMP) services, including all requisite research and a Community Needs and Opportunities Assessment (CNA). The approach is under the purview of the proposer and will be evaluated for soundness and alignment to the Planetarium’s needs.
