This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N25QA012 for the purchase of Tin Bronze Plates for Powerhouse 1 at Bonneville Lock and Dam, Cascade Locks, OR, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Please see the attached Purchase Description for all specifications and delivery information.
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07.
This solicitation is advertised as unrestricted under NAICS Code 332313 Plate Work Manufacturing (SB Size Standard 750 employees). All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
The government requests quotes for the following items:
0001: PLATE 12"X36"2", C93200 Tin Bronze Plate, QTY: 5.0 Each (EA)
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ.
Offerors shall submit the following per FAR 52.212-2:
1. Technical Evaluation: the Contractor shall submit a quote. In addition to the quote, the Contractor shall submit no less than 3 and no more than 5 instances of past performance within the past 5 years.
2. Price Evaluation: the Contractor shall submit a quote with pricing valid for the 30 days from the close of the solicitation.
