Description

The U.S. Embassy is regularly receiving incoming shipments and pouches at the Airport of Maya-Maya. The Contractor shall provide complete Airport labor Services for the U.S. Embassy Brazzaville in the Republic of Congo. To include:




  • Cargo Unloading: Safely removing shipments from the aircraft.

  • Inspection: Checking shipments for damage and compliance with regulations.

  • Documentation Processing: Reviewing and managing shipping documents for accuracy

  • Storage: Placing shipments in warehouses or bonded areas until they are cleared.

  • Transportation Coordination: Arranging ground transport to final destinations.

  • Cargo Security: Implementing security measures to protect shipments.

  • Special Cargo Handling: Managing sensitive items like perishables and hazardous materials.
