Fairy Lake Phase 2 Road and Recreation Improvements on the Bozeman RD of the Custer Gallatin National Forest. This project will include excavation, drainage, road reconditioning, surface stabilization, trail reconditioning and surfacing, and installation of new turnouts, vault toilet(s), aggregate and 2 AOP culverts. Work will be performed in accordance with FP-24, Forest Service Supplemental Specifications and project specific requirements. The work anticipated under any contract resulting from the solicitation will be started following Phase 1 which is currently anticipated to be completed by September 2026. Work under this contract requirement is planned for completion by October 2027.

Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.



Period of Performance - 10/1/2026 - 10/30/2027
