NOTICE TO BIDDERS

FOR

ABBINGTON DRIVE AND CONNECTING STREETS PROJECT

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids for road construction for the Abbington Drive and Connection Streets Project will be received by the East Windsor Township Municipal Clerk’s Office on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Windsor Municipal Building, 16 Lanning Boulevard, East Windsor, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in public.

Specifications and bid forms are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and can be obtained by prospective bidders during regular business hours – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by contacting the Municipal Clerk’s Office at (609) 443-4000, ext. 437, or via email at clerk@east-windsor.nj.us.

Bids are being solicited through a competitive bid process in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.
