The soliciation has been extended to 11th of August 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
A one-time site visit for interested Offerors will be conducted on 30th of July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Chamorro Standard Time (ChST). Offerors are to meet at Visitors Center – Andersen AFB. Installation access for the site visit must be coordinated in advance. All parties interested in attending the site visit shall send an email request to june.borja@us.af.mil and elena.gifford.1@us.af.mil as soon as possible. Please provide your firm’s name, address, main point of contact and email address, as well as the first and last names of the personnel from your firm that will be attending the site visit. Site visit attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per contractor.
This is a services contract to provide System Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled (non-critical/critical) Maintenance Services for 36 Wing Command Post (building 21007) security system. The 36 Wing Command Post Security system is comprised of a Closed-circuit television (CCTV), Access Entry Control System (AECS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Closed-circuit television (CCTV) System Preventative Maintenance Services necessary to keep the following items operating in accordance with (IAW) the manufacturer’s specifications.
