The City of Portland, Texas hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). from qualified consulting engineering firms to assist the city in the development and administration for the following project: Professional Engineering Services for Sunset Lake Hike and Bike Trail. The RFQ documents and any subsequent addenda can be downloaded

The Statement of Qualifications must be addressed and delivered to: City Secretary City of Portland 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr. Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 pm. local time (CT) on November 5, 2024. Any Statement of Qualifications received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
