The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to select a Consultant to perform services in the support of the construction of the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex. The County intends to complete this project using Construction Management at Risk (“CMAR”); however, we reserve the right to change this project to design-bid-build if needed. A more detailed description of the services required can be found in this RFP at Section 5.0, Scope of Services.
