Description

The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is seeking Quotes for Hillcrest Demolition –Group 17.

The project scope generally consists of demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with properties, all utilities, fence, trash removal, site clearing, offsite disposal, site fill, grading and the establishment of site vegetation at 7 parcels. Site visit is highly encouraged. In addition, scope of work will require obtaining identified permits and pest control services for all structures. Base Quote must include 525 cubic yards of backfill.

This is a lump sum contract.
