FY25-CP-E11 Bulloch Cnty Rd R/W Pro Services
The Bulloch Cnty BOC is accepting SOQs from GDOT Prequalified Consultants to provide Pro R/W Services. The deadline for receipt of SOQs is 2:00 PM, 02/28/25. Prospective Consultants shall file all documents necessary to support SOQs, as prescribed. ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS ACCEPTED. An RFQ pkg may be requested from Bulloch Cnty Procurement Office at procurementeng@bullochcounty.net or from the Bulloch Cnty website: https//bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or from the GPR website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. It is the responsibility of the Consultants to periodically check all websites for addenda associated with this RFQ. Failure to include a signed copy of all addenda issued for this project in the submitted SOQ will result in the submitted SOQ not being considered for this project. For all questions concerning the RFQ, email questions to procurementeng@bullochcounty.net. All questions submitted must include the project identifier FY25-CP-E11 in the email subject line.
Consultants are responsible for the actual delivery of SOQs either electronic delivery at procurementeng@bullochcounty.net or physical delivery during normal business hours 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday (Excluding all local recognized holidays). If physical delivery is selected, an ORIGINAL SOQ along with three (3) copies & an electronic copy on a thumb drive must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. No vendor¿s conference is scheduled.

Bulloch Cnty reserves the right to reject any & all SOQs during this RFQ process & to waive any technicalities or informalities associated with this RFQ it deems is in the best interest of the Cnty.
