Ambulance Billing

The Town of East Bridgewater is seeking proposals for Comprehensive EMS Administrative Services-Ambulance Billing/Collection for the East Bridgewater Fire Department.

Request for Proposal (RFP) packet may be obtained starting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025  at  the Town Administrator’s Office, East Bridgewater Town Hall, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA  02333 or it may be downloaded from the Town’s website at https://www.eastbridgewaterma.gov/bids .  Proposers that obtain the RFP must register with the Town Administrator’s Office to obtain addenda related to the RFP.  Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in a proposal rejection.

All proposals must be submitted and labeled “Comprehensive EMS Administrative Services-Ambulance Billing/Collection”.  Submissions shall be sealed and there shall be two (2) for each proposer: one labeled to indicate the “PRICE” and one the “NON-PRICE- (TECHNICAL)” proposal.  The proposals shall also be clearly marked with the Proposer’s name and address.  The price proposal will require the fee for the service to be stated as a percentage for the actual receipts.  The contract will be a three (3) year contract with a renewal option for an extension at the sole discretion of the Town for an additional two (2) year term.  If the non-price (technical) proposal contains any price information, the entire proposal shall be rejected as non-responsive.  Submissions shall be delivered to the Town Administrator’s Office, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA  02333 no later than the proposed deadline of September 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  No late or electronic submissions will be accepted.  Proposals will be opened and evaluated on/after September 23, 2025 in the presence of one or more witnesses.

The Town of East Bridgewater reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town.  All proposals are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B as amended.
