The City of Tega Cay Utilities Department (TCUD) is soliciting written bids from SCDEScertified backflow prevention device testers who are properly licensed to operate within the City of Tega Cay. The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to establish on-call backflow testing services for customers who do not secure required annual testing on their own by the City’s compliance deadline.
