GOMB seeks a pool of qualified Municipal Advisors to assist with the issuance of State debt, to develop rating agency strategies, to analyze refunding structures, to develop and execute strategies to manage its debt portfolio, and to undertake other debt management initiatives as necessary. Bond issues may involve competitive or negotiated structures. Qualified Municipal Advisors will serve as the State's Independent Registered Municipal Advisor. GOMB anticipates forming a pool of up to 6 firms.
