SOLICITATION: This announcement is a competitive small business set aside, firm-fixed price, Small Business Set-Aside, procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to determine best value in accordance with the Comparative Analysis Procedures IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). /// Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award. /// Project Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, vehicles, materials, management, supervision, inspection, and other items and non-personal services necessary to effectively perform herbicide and pesticide treatment services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. These services should be utilized at Lake O? The Pines, Wright Patman Lake, and Jim Chapman/Cooper Lakes.
