The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Terre Haute, IN, is issuing a combined synopsis solicitation RFQ 15B41823Q00000017 for the provision of LCP – Transition Coach. The services will be provided to individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment, located at the Federal Prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The contract type is a requirements contract with a firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual based on Price, Past Performance, and meets the requirements per the Statement of Work. The Past Performance Questionaire, Credentials of Religious Services Contractor BOP form BP-A0778, and the RFQ must be submitted to mpgibson@bop.gov or sballinger@bop.gov by the closing date, March 24, 2023. The contract base period will be from the months of May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 with a possibility of four (4) option years. The contractor will provide up to 30 estimated hours each week of religious instruction. A session is defined as one (1) hour per day. Please see the attached statement of work for exact details and qualifications. The combined synopsis solicitation will be available on February 22, 2023 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.sam.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on March 24, 2023. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-5 (Apr 2005) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM). This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. Contractors should include their Unique Entity Identity (UEI) number in their offers. The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees UEI number into the SAM database. The acquisition is restricted to Total Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 813110(Size Standard: $8.0 million).
