Project Description: The City of Vineyard invites proposals from qualified engineering firms to design a traffic signal at Mill Road and 400 North (Exhibit A). This signal is needed to maintain safety and mobility in the area due to projected future development growth. This project design will include left turn signal heads, ADA compliant pedestrian crossing provisions, and a traffic radar detection system. Project construction is anticipated to commence in 2025.
