American Canyon Library Remodel, PW 25-09

The project is located at the American Canyon Library, 300 Crawford Way, Napa CA 94559.

Scope A: The scope of work shall consist of the following: Remove and replace bathroom doors. Prepare and paint interior walls and ceilings. Demolish and dispose of existing interior flooring and rubber base. Grind and prep interior for, install new interior flooring, transitions, and rubber base. Remove existing furniture and dispose of or transport to surplus. Remove existing signage, procure and install new signage.

The project will need to be done in two phases. Phase I includes performing the scope of work in all parts of the library except the community room which will be used to store existing furniture during Phase I. Phase II includes performing the scope of work in the Community Room only. See plans for locations of Community Room within library.

The procurement and installation of new furniture is not included in this contract and is bid separately under project American Canyon Library Remodel, PW 25-09B.

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” license at the time of contract award. Engineer's Estimate is $160,000.

Scope B:The scope of work consists of procuring and installing new furniture as specified in Exhibit “C” American Canyon Library Furniture Package.

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” or "C-61" and "D-34" license at the time of contract award. Engineer's Estimate is $200,000.
