Solicitation Summary
Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) invites qualified and experienced Offerors/Proposers to submit sealed proposals to supply and deliver
various types of quality promotional items, souvenirs, awards, spirit wear, sports gear, trophies, medals, and plaques, etc. (together Work [Goods and Services]) for CCPS students and staff according to the requirements of this RFP. The overall objective of this RFP is to obtain the best, most cost-effective Work of the highest quality and standard in promotional items and other products categories. Purchases will be made on “ an as needed basis ”. It is anticipated that one (1) Contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor.
However, CCPS reserves the right to award one (1) or multiple separate Contracts, whichever is in the best interest of CCPS.
There are no minimum or maximum purchase guarantees in this RFP. However, CCPS expects each Offeror/Proposer to submit its best pricing to fulfill the needs of this RFP.
