DLA Weapons Support (Richmond) intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5.
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c)((1)(A); A portion of the procurement is for Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley Division controller system. This brand name Allen Bradley is for the procurement of a Large Blast Booth with contract completion required by 334 days after award for Fleet Readiness Center East, MRO Complex, Kinston, NC.
A Complete technical data package VIB 26-30-1900 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for the Blast Booth with turnkey services for: Rigging, Installation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, Shipping, and Foundation/Concrete Pad are attached to the Solicitation.
DLA-WS (Richmond) intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-Q-0028 is anticipated to be issued on or around Tuesday, 06 April 2026.
FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination
DLA-WS (Richmond) intends to issue 100% small business set-aside solicitation.
Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
