Project Description: Charlotte Water, a City of Charlotte department, is required to provide the location and description of all underground facilities, which may be damaged because of an excavation. The request for proposals is to identify and award a contract to a vendor that can provide underground locate services per the specifications for the Charlotte Water service area.
