Exhibit Design and Installation for Culture Center

The City of Lakeland is seeking qualifications from firms who can provide a turnkey experience for the Lakeland History and Culture Center's third exhibit. Firms that provide Exhibit Design, Fabrication, and Installation services should respond.

The Lakeland Public Library, Main Library, a Division of the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department for the City of Lakeland, houses the Lakeland History and Culture Center within the building's footprint. The exhibit space is approximately 1,400 sq. ft. in size.

The Lakeland History and Culture Center is a dedicated exhibit and research space that shares inclusive stories of Lakeland in harmony with all those who have contributed and continue to contribute to its culturally diverse history.

The Lakeland Public Library is home to the City's archives for locale history (special collections) and the selected firm will have access to the resources within that collection that support the development of the third exhibit's theme, which is aviation. The selected firm will work in conjunction with the library team.
