The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to prepare and submit a bid for Class 3 Printing of Heat Set Web Booklet Publications Collated and/or Bound in Digest or Magazine Sizes for the State of Wisconsin.
The State, as represented by the Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement, intends to use the results of this process to award Contract(s) for the above said printing per Chapter 35.29 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This Request for Bid (RFB) will result in a statewide mandatory Contract for the printing of booklet publications bound and/or collated using the Heat Set Web lithographic printing process.These publications are described as: Digest 16 to 128 pages 32 page signatures size: 5-3/8 x 8-3/8 quantities 10,000 up to 500,000 Magazine 8 to 144 pages 16 page signatures size: 8-3/8 x 10-7/8 quantities 10,000 up to 500,000 All printing on this Contract is by the Heat Set Web lithographic process on both coated and uncoated pa |
