The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC), a nonpartisan legislative branch agency, intends to release a request for proposals (RFP) to establish a single-award task order contract for survey data analysis. MACPAC is seeking contractors capable of analyzing a broad array of survey data to conduct the activities and analyses needed to meet MACPAC’s statutory obligations. Offerors should demonstrate expertise and capacity in health care survey data, survey design and methodology, and quantitative analytic programming.
This procurement will be a full and open competition. MACPAC intends to award a single contract as a result of this procurement. The period of performance for this contract will be October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2035. The NAICS for this procurement is 541720.
