Sealed bids for the Damage Repairs – March 15, 2025 Tornado at the Paul Pittman Memorial Airport will be received by the Walthall County Board of Supervisors until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, May 07, 2025 , at the Board Room located at 200 Ball Avenue, Tylertown, Mississippi 39667, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, May 01, 2025 at Paul Pittman Memorial Airport, Tylertown, Mississippi 39667.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Walthall County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
