Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Corrections (UDC)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide :Janitorial Services for UDC's Adult Probation and Parole office located at 775 West 1000 North, Flex Building A, Suite 120 in Logan Utah, 84321
Mandatory Site Visit: April 17th, 2025, at 11:00 am. (775 West 1000 North, Flex Building A, Suite 120 in Logan Utah, 84321)
Please meet on the sidewalk in front of the building. Bidders should plan accordingly. Bidders that arrive after the 11:00am start time will not be allowed to participate in the site visit.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is:The bidder that supplies the low responsive bid will be awarded the 5-year contract.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 Years.
