Online Course Catalog (video courses)

SUNY New Paltz seeks to enter into a 1-year commitment for an enterprise-level subscription to an extensive online course catalog that offers video courses taught by experts in their fields. The courses teach specific skills and tools, and will be used by faculty, staff, and students at SUNY New Paltz. Professional and career development courses, as well as content on online pedagogy, should also be included. Total available courses should be over 10,000. The solution should be able to integrate with the campus' digital learning environment, which is D2L Brightspace. All content must be closed-captioned and transcribed. The solution must support single sign-on (SSO). Digital badging should be available. The 1-year term will begin 08/02/25.

SUNY New Paltz intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above. A sealed bid will not be held.
