INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS SYSTEM INCLUDING DIGITAL MAIL SERVICES AND TABLET PROGRAM FOR THE ROCKLAND COUNTY CORRECTIONAL CENTER

The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to establish a contract for a turnkey incarcerated individual telephone system at the Rockland County Eugene J. Grogan Correctional Facility to provide local and long distance telephone service, including a recording and monitoring system, and Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) Biometrics, and Voice Search and Investigative Software, Digital Mail Services, Incarcerated individual Tablets and all necessary equipment / infrastructure for the Rockland County Correctional Center.
