Description:
The SC Dept of Admin, Div of Facilities Mgmt requests quotes for 450 cubic yards of no dye, double hammered hard wood mulch. Mulch must be delivered to the SC Capitol Complex in increments of 85-100 cubic yards (depending on truck size) every two-three business days. Deliveries to begin around Feb 1, 2026. Delivery dates/times to be coordinated with Horticulture manager. Email quote to quotes@admin.sc.gov
