Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
** Remodel involving one lab space within the Marriott Allied Health Building. Work includes but is not limited to; demolition, framing, electrical and HVAC modifications in this space to enlarge its total size and add functionality.**
