Construction Project Management Services

The City of Bristol, Virginia (“the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Project Management Services for a new baseball stadium. Project management services will include the facilitation of the procurement process for a design-build project.

This invitation does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals, nor commit the City to select any firm which responds.

Five (5) complete copies of sealed proposals must be received by the City of Bristol, Virginia Procurement Office, 300 Lee Street, Bristol, VA 24201, no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Offerors shall provide one (1) additional copy with all information considered proprietary redacted and suitable for public inspection in accordance with The Code of Virginia § 2.2-4342, and an electronic copy of full and redacted proposals. Each copy shall be complete and separately bound. Sections shall be formatted identically to the outline and identified to facilitate evaluation and to prevent evaluators from unnecessary search or arranging of the materials for evaluation purposes. No FAXED proposals will be accepted. Those wishing to submit electronically may do so via the eVA procurement platform while also submitting the required paper copies to the City by the due date.

Your response must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package, clearly marked “RFP # CM-26-001 Construction Project Management Services.”

Modifications to this RFP will not be considered valid unless issued in writing from the City of Bristol, Virginia.

The City will provide the mechanism for the evaluation of all information received. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities or irregularities, and to negotiate with the proposal submitter as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
