Synopsis:
|
|
The Work generally comprises of:
The rehabilitation of the existing asphalt parking lot surface at the Russ Robertson Arena and the development of enhanced accessible parking stalls. The rehabilitation work will include as directed asphalt concrete pavement milling and inlay, full depth patch repairs including excavation to design subgrade, supply and placement of granular base course and hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, removal of an existing concrete median, slurry seal of the entire parking lot, followed by painted pavement marking re-establishment. The Scope of Work will also include the installation of asphalt ramps to accommodate barrier free accessible parking.
