Project Description: The Bernalillo County (“County”) Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) is soliciting Qualifications (“RFQs”) from qualified Offerors to serve as a Development Partner for the planning, financing, development, and implementation of projects that support the County’s strategic and community development objectives.
It is the intent of the County to establish a pool of qualified Development Partners.
Under this rolling RFQ, qualifications will be evaluated based on the timeline provided in RFQ: (refer to Section II.A. “Schedule of Events” for a listing of deadlines).
