location on same date at 4:00 P.M. local time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids

submitted by fax will not be accepted. Bids can be received the day before at the Department of

Public Works office at the same address from 8:30 A.M. to 4: 30 P.M. The bid will include one ( 1)

prime contract, Plumbing Contract (PC).
