Sealed bids from licensed contractors for the plumbing connections of low and moderate income residents to the City of Decatur, Arkansas, will be received until Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Decatur City Hall, 310 Maple Avenue, Decatur AR 72722.
The scope of work consists of:
13 hookups to residential homes for water service
