Includes the purchase and installation of items in accordance with the attached specification sheet and clauses.
Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration www.sam.gov
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery- NO INTERIM INVOICES WILL BE ACCEPTED
4. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
5. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
6. Set Aside-Small Business NAICS - 811198 - Size Standard: $10
7. Contract Type - Firm Fixed Price
8. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors
Technical-
Technical Capability- please provide a response data sheet/estimate showing how your products and installation services meet specifications
Past experience- please provide a short description or list of your experience with outfitting emergency response vehicles
Past Performance-
Government shall utilize information obtained from the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (CPARS), Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) when evaluating the offeror's past performance. If sufficient past performance information is not available, vendor may be asked to provide contact information for past performance references. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis.
Price-
If the facility, where the work will be done, is more than 50 miles from the vehicle location, the vendor is responsible for the transportation to the facility and back to the starting location once the work is complete. If applicable, please include this in your proposed price.

1. Please email or call with any questions you have, prior to the closing date, with enough time to research an answer.
2. Email the above items to the POC no later than 5pm Mountain Standard on August 8, 2025. Please include ' 140L1725Q0041 - BLM-CO GJFO LE VEHICLE OUTFITTING' in the subject line. Include your UEI number on your quote.
3. You may put your prices on the SF-18 form itself.
4. Include enough description/information in order to determine technical acceptability.
5. Your response must address the items under "8. Award Basis" in order to be considered responsive.
