RFP 10244-Fire and Life Safety Inspection & Testing

Project Description: Bids will be received online by the Community College of Philadelphia via PennBid until 12:00 PM EDT on June 24, 2026.
The Agreement shall have an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional one year renewal terms subject to the Contractor’s satisfactory. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on AUGUST 2, 2026.
The Community College of Philadelphia (“College”) is soliciting proposals (each, a “Proposal”) for comprehensive, line-item proposals from qualified, licensed fire protection contractors to establish a multi-year agreement for the routine inspection, testing, maintenance, and certified reporting of fire life safety assets across all campus facilities, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”. The College reserves the right to award all, some or none of the Project services set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to any one or more Proposers based on the College’s review and assessment of the Proposals meeting the criteria set forth herein. In the event the College awards Project services pursuant to this RFP, the Proposer selected by the College (the “Vendor”) may lead one or more subcontractors (“Subcontractors”) to perform the services requested by the College pursuant to this RFP.
