Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide rehabilitating the existing elevated water storage tank, replacing the existing well pumps, and a new water treatment building including various process, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other related items. The project also includes limited site work, including sediment control, stormwater management pond, and pavement.
