The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO) intends to publish a Request for Proposal (RFP) to www.SAM.gov for the continued operation of the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) as soon as possible but no later than August 18, 2025.
The contractor will provide all services necessary to facilitate the ISAP program, including supervision through home visits, in-person office visits, GPS monitoring technologies, biometric technologies, and other services to ensure compliance with release conditions and orders issued by the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). The anticipated period of performance is one year, with one option year.
