Intent to Sole Source - Grocery Supplies is support of DCARNG Annual Training at Fort Indiantown Gap (FTIG), PA

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for the District of Columbia intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to VALLEY FOODS INCORPORATED for grocery supplies in support of Annual Training at Fort Indiantown Gap (FTIG), PA from May 30, 2025 through June 11, 2025.

The reason for this noncompetitive contract action is VALLEY FOODS INCORPORATED is the sole prime vendor (W912KC-22-D-0001) for grocery supplies for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Located (PAARNG) at FTIG, VALLEY FOODS INCORPORATED is uniquely positioned to provide rapid support and accommodate any last-minute changes efficiently.

This contract action is for grocery supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This contract action will be awarded following the issuance of written solicitation with an anticipated award date of April 23, 2025.
