INVITATION TO BID
OIL AND GAS LEASE
The Commissioner of State Lands will receive sealed bids for a state oil and gas lease to remove oil and gas from state owned mineral rights in Bradley County, Arkansas, until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7003 Valley Ranch Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223.

Section 28, Township 16 South, Range 12 West
All that part of the East half (E1/2) lying beneath Raymond Lake.
37.97 net mineral acres
*Special Conditions:
1.        No Drill Clause
2.        Best Management Practices must be followed
3.        Lessee must obtain and comply with any U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality permits that may be required in the presence of creeks and streams.
The minimum acceptable bid shall be a bonus of $50.00 per net mineral acres, a royalty of one-eighth (1/8), and a delay rental of $1.00 per annum per acre for a five (5) year lease.
The Commissioner of State Lands reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
