REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
The Jacksonville Sewer Commission is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms that provide engineering services. All Statements of Qualifications received will be kept on file for one (1) year to be used as reference in the procurement of engineering services as new projects develop. To request information write to Jacksonville Wastewater Utility, 248 Cloverdale Road, Jacksonville, AR 72076 or call (501) 982-0581. SOQ’s will be accepted through March 23, 2026.
