THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to establish an ongoing contract with a Contractor(s) to provide engine driven snow blowers to the State and its Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as needed basis.
Snow Blowers must utilize their own power source and must be intended for installation on the following: wheel loaders, tractors (loader backhoes, industrial, and agricultural), or pickup chassis'. Walk behind and PTO driven snow blowers will not be considered for this event. Combination cab/chassis and blower packages are not allowed. Combination tractor, backhoe, or wheel loader and blower packages are not allowed.
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide Engine Driven Snow Blowers for orders at contracted rates to locations throughout the entire state of Minnesota. The Contractor(s) must also provide adequate staff for customer service, order execution, order support and overall contract management. The State reserves the right to award multiple Contractors if the State believes that is in the State’s best interest. The State also reserves the right to review National Association of Procurement Officers Contracts (NASPO), or other contracts available to the State of Minnesota to determine if it is in the best interest of the State to participate in those contracts in lieu of or in addition to this contract. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
All equipment sold against the Contract must meet all State and Federal regulations.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to paul.thomas@state.mn.us no later than February 21, 2025, 3:00 PM CT. Questions will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
